Who Is Bliss Legacy Limited and What Do We Do?

Bliss Legacy Limited is a real estate company. We sell genuine lands and houses with proper documentation.

We currently have 22 estates across 4 states in Nigeria - Lagos State, Edo State, Ogun State and Delta State.

We have over 3000 staff (including full time marketers and independent marketers) and over 18,000 clients.

We also have micro payment plans that allow clients pay as little as N1500 daily (over a stretch of time) to acquire properties for themselves.

And we pay our sales executives a basic salary of N150,000 monthly for referring these clients to us.

However, some of our sales executives that surpass expectations earn as high as 500k to N1million monthly.

We give all our sales executives logistics money everyday, so they can use it for their movements, calls and data. No need to trek aimlessly around town.

We also provide all sales executives with every required resources, including printed flyers, brochures, branded caps, branded t-shirts, and e-flyer designs.

But before you start working with us, we ensure we train you first. So even if you don't have previous real estate experience, you don't have any issue.

You will be properly trained for the job before you resume.

Our full-time sales executive receive more payment incentives than part-time marketers. However, our part-time marketers also have very attractive payment plans.

But the minimum anyone will earn while working with us is a basic salary of N150,000

Here's The Step-By-Step Process...

2. You'll be redirected to the next page where you'll receive your invitation to attend a 5hrs live training in our Ikeja office. The title of the training is "Train To Hire".
   
   In this training, you'll learn how to attract potential clients. You'll also learn how to use our systems to record your sales so you can get paid accurately.
3. After the training is over, you'll be given a 15mins test/exam for instant assessment.
4. Your test results will determine if you'll be hired as a sales executive with a basic salary of N150,000 or a Unit Head with a basic salary of N300,000.
5. The training will hold in our Ikeja office, but you will not be compelled to work from our Ikeja office.
   
   We have over 17 outlets in Lagos state (both on the island and on the mainland). You will be assigned to the outlet that is closest to you.
