1. Is the N1000 daily payment applicable to all your estates?

No, the N1000 daily payment is not applicable to all our estates.

It is only applicable to Haven City Phase 2.

2. Where are the lands? Can I see it before I start paying?

We have estates selling within Ketu-Epe, Ibeju-Lekki and Mowe axis.

For outright and installment buyers, join us on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday by 10am for inspection.

We take off from our Ikeja office to Mowe axis. We can also pick you up at Redemption camp.

For Ibeju-Lekki and Ketu-Epe estates, we take off from our Ajah office.

However, at the moment, we don't do inspection for the N1000 daily buyers.

By March/April, we will start inviting you all to come for inspection in batches.

3. How much is the full price of the land?

At the time of this writing...

Haven City Phase 2, Mowe:
300sqm = N594,000
600sqm = N1,188,000

Haven City Phase 1, Mowe:
300sqm = N850,000
600sqm = N1,700,000

Elite City, Ketu-Epe
300sqm = N2,500,000
500sqm = N4,000,000

Glamour City, Ibeju-Lekki
300sqm = N7,000,000
500sqm = N10,000,000

Kindly note that these prices are not cast on stone. They can change at any time if/when the company increases the price.

4. How long will it take me to finish paying?

It depends on the land you choose and the payment plan you subscribe to.

For example, if you choose the Haven City Phase 2, 300sqm which currently sells at N594,000 and you subscribed to N1000 daily plan...

It will take you 19months to complete the payment. However, if you subscribe to the N1,500 daily plan, you'll complete the payment in 12months.

5. What if I want to pay more than N1000 daily?

Bliss Legacy Limited has multiple provisions with different payment options that allow you as much flexibility in your payments.

Bliss Legacy Limited even partnered with Access Bank to create virtual accounts for clients, tied to their land.

So you can decide to pay any amount you like (even in bulk) into that account and it will be instantly credited towards your land acquisition.

6. Can I get a full refund after I've paid for some months?

No. Bliss Legacy does not refund payment for lands.

The reason is because the company is always acquiring more lands, hence they don't keep money around waiting for someone to come request it.

However, there's a due process for you to transfer your account to someone else, and have the person complete your payment while the person refunds you what you paid so far.

If you anticipate requesting a refund midway, kindly save your money with a bank, so you can always withdraw it whenever you need it.

7. What if someone passes away (dies) during payment?

In the event of demise, the company will verify (both using police report and medical report).

Once verification is done, the payment so far will be checked. If the deceased has paid up to 70%, the balance will be written off and the land will be transferred to the next of kin.

If the payment is not up to 70%, the company can process a refund to the next of kin, however administrative charges apply.

So it's only in the case of demise that refund is considered.

8. Can I start the daily payment and later switch to outright payment?

Yes, it's possible to start with the daily payment and switch to outright payment.

Kindly remember that Haven City Phase 2 is our only estate that has daily payment.

So switching to outright basically means you're choosing another estate, which invariably means that the price will change also.

When you choose the estate you want to switch to, kindly  notify the company and your new balance will be calculated so you can pay it off.

9. Can I resell the land after payment is complete?

Absolutely YES!

The land is yours and you can resell it at will. 

However, we encourage you to notify the company in event of resell, so the new occupant can be informed of whatever rules had been laid down in the estate (if any).

10. When is the allocation of plots?

Allocation of plots is done in batches, once payment is complete.

So after your payment is complete, you will be notified of the allocation date fixed for your batch.
